5th Annual Golf Tournament

Our Fifth Annual Micah Ecumenical Ministries Golf Tournament, hosted by Peace United Methodist Men, will take place on Sept. 14, 2026. This fun-filled golf tournament will feature prizes, lunch served at the end, and a day of friendly competition for golfers, at Lake of the Woods Golf Club. FTL Benefit Concert at Barley Naked

FTL (For the Love), a local alt- and classic-rock band, is honored to play a fundraiser for Micah at Barley Naked Brewing Co. in Stafford County. Join us at Barley Naked on Sunday, July 19, at 4 PM! 100% of proceeds collected will go to support Micah's work in our community. MLK Jr Remembrance Service / Drum Majors for Justice

On Thursday April 9 at 5:45 PM, Micah Ecumenical Ministries and our partner churches will gather at Fredericksburg Baptist Church for a public memorial service commemorating the anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.nAs part of the evening, Micah will present our annual Drum Major for Justice Awards, recognizing local individuals who exemplify Dr. Kings call to servant leadership, justice, and mercy in our community.nJoin us! Plant Bingo at Always Flavored

Join us at Always Flavored for an evening of laughs, plants, and a little friendly competition, all while supporting our work at Micah. How it works: The prizes are plants (because plants make everything better). Bingo cards are sold during the event. 100% of bingo card sales go directly to Micah. Lessons and Carols

Fredericksburg Street Choir and Micah Street Church Presents... our 5th annual Lessons and Carols! Join us in for this community Christmas event! Hot chocolate and cookies start at 5:30 PM. Lessons and Carols service starts at 6:00. Join us and our neighbors for some holiday cheer! We will meet in the Historic Market Square (corner of Princess Anne St and William St, behind Fredericksburg Area Museum). Stay tuned for a rain location in case of bad weather. Dress warmly and come with a festive spirit!

All Saints Day

Please join us for our Micah Community All Saints' Day. This is the evening each year that we set aside space to remember the homeless and formerly-homeless neighbors we have lost over the course of the last year. On Thursday, October 30, we'll meet on the Methodist Green, at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church - the green space on the Princess Anne Street side. We will begin at 5:30 PM with the Camp Vigil, where you can visit the memorial campsites set up throughout the Green to remember those we lost. At 6:00 PM, join us for our candlelight memorial service, including prayer, liturgy, and song. Click for flyer.

Compassion Conversation

Join the Micah churches for a Compassion Conversation, a unique opportunity to hear from Fredericksburg City Council candidates about the human issues often left out of local election conversations. Hosted at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church. Doors open at 6:15 PM. Event begins at 6:30 PM. We will in Kobler Hall at FUMC.
